Shipping & Returns
Due to the large difference in size and weight of our products, there are often multiple shipping methods possible. In general, when you purchase your products, they will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. The items will be shipped the same day and you will be kept informed of the process by email.
Free shipping €50
If you order for at least €50, your order will be delivered for free. For orders under €50, we still have very affordable shipping methods.
Pick up at the office
An appointment is required for collection at the office. To schedule this appointment, you can send an email or call.
Special transport
For items that are outside the sizes of the major postal companies due to excessive weight or excessive sizes, we have a courier service. After your order, the courier will contact you to agree on the delivery time & delivery costs. It is possible that the delivery is not delivered within 1 to 2 working days. But fortunately you will receive your package quickly and undamaged at your door.
Costs in case of cancellation/return
If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will bear the costs of return. The costs for return shipments can be found below:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are indicated above.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@offgridsupply.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@offgridsupply.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
