How does the Carplay interface work?

The interface is connected to the original radio or multimedia system with the supplied connection and video cable. With one press of the BACK, MEDIA or NAV button you can switch between the original system and the Carplay interface and back again. The sound is via AUX, the data via WIFI.

Operation is via the usual buttons. The interface gives you access to Google and Waze navigation, Spotify, internet radio, Flitsmeister, YouTube, Netflix and other (music) apps.

Does it also work if I don't have an original navigation system or car kit?

Yes, the interface supports Apple Carplay and Android Auto navigation and phone apps. An external microphone can be easily connected.

Can I install this myself?

With our step-by-step installation manual, it is often no more than a matter of unclicking, screwing and plugging. In most cases, the interface is placed behind or under the radio/multimedia unit. When purchasing, we ensure the correct settings. Your car can easily be returned to its original state when the system is removed. Assistance with installation is possible for an additional charge.

Does the Carplay interface fit my system?

Most new cars are factory-fitted with Apple Carplay. Software activation of Carplay is then sufficient (we do not do this). Our system is especially suitable for cars built between 2010 and 2020 and an original system that is not prepared for Carplay, Android Auto or mirroring. You can check via our website whether an interface is available for your system. Our ordering system helps you order without errors. For the most common models we can deliver directly from stock.
